I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for the quality of service provided. The attention to detail in the rooms, from the modern bathrooms to the stunning views of the nearby theater, was truly impressive. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of mouthwatering options to choose from, including the famous sfogliatine honey and hazelnut. I couldn't fault this hotel.
Everything was great, nothing to improve!

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even introducing me to local sweets and drinks. They personally attended to my arrival and departure, making me feel like a valued guest. The room they upgraded me to had a balcony with a stunning view of Theater Massimo. It was such a treat to wake up to that every day. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city with great shopping and restaurants just steps away. The room and shared spaces were clean and modern, and the breakfast spread in the morning was delicious. I can't wait to come back and stay here again!
All was absolutely perfect, can't think of anything that could be improved!

Had a wonderful Christmas vacation at a charming hotel. the location was perfect, with historic sites and transportation easily accessible. the rooms were beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and old world charm. the views were breathtaking!
The elevator was a bit antique and the hallways dark, which was a bit unsettling when carrying our luggage. there were no parking options provided by the hotel and we had to fend for ourselves.

This hotel exceeded our expectations on so many levels. the location was absolutely fantastic, with stunning views of the Teatro Massimo. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore the downtown area. Secondly, the staff were amazing - always available and incredibly helpful. They even had a Whatsup app for easy communication. Lastly, the room itself was a delight, with modern amenities and a beautiful view. And let's not forget the breakfast, which was simply outstanding.
No complaints here, everything was perfect.

Great location close to the main attractions and markets, making it easy to explore the city. , the welcoming staff and good communication before arrival, with helpful parking directions provided. Room was well-equipped, with modern features and a charming balcony with a lovely view of a local landmark.
Breakfast could have been more organized, with staff preparing in advance what can easily be laid out e. g tray of ham and cheese, so that guests don't feel overwhelmed.

They were friendly, helpful, and always available to assist me with any queries or requests I had.
The price, which I found to be quite high. I understand that this is common in Palermo during the high season, so it was not unexpected.
